Who we are

Mind Village Professional & Management Development Training LLC (“Mind Village Institute”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and the Coaching Breakthrough Experience webinar. You can reach us at connect@mind-village.com.

Information we collect

• Your name, email address, mobile number and WhatsApp number when you register.
• Your readiness answer, the description that fits you best, the focus areas you select, and your optional one-sentence reason for joining.
• Consent records, including whether you agreed to receive future learning invitations.
• Enquiry details when you use the contact form, including your preferred contact method.
• Basic technical information such as the page you registered from and campaign source, used to understand which pages work.

Why we use it

• To confirm your registration and send access details, reminders and preparation material.
• To personalise educational emails so the content relates to the focus areas you selected.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide registration or access support.
• To send future learning invitations only where you agreed to receive them.
• To keep our own records of consent and to improve the experience.

Personalisation, in plain words

Your answers are used to choose which educational paragraphs appear in your emails. We never quote your free-text sentence back to you publicly, we do not attempt to diagnose you, and no answer is treated as a clinical assessment.

WhatsApp and email communication

Reminders, resources and access links may be sent by email and WhatsApp. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying, using the unsubscribe link, or writing to us. Transactional messages about a session you registered for may still be sent while your registration is active.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the webinar and our communication — for example our email delivery, hosting, database and calling providers — and only for those purposes.

Retention

Retention period: under review. Registration and enquiry data is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described here (placeholder pending verification).

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete your information where we are not required to keep it.

Recording
