Terms and Conditions

The webinar

The Coaching Breakthrough Experience is a free, live, educational and experiential online session of approximately 90 minutes, presented in English. Times are stated in UAE time (GMT+4).

Registration

• Registration is free and personal to you. Please register with accurate details so access information reaches you.
• Registration closes at 12:00 PM UAE on the day of the session. Later registrations are placed in the next available session.
• Places are limited by the capacity of the live room, so joining early is recommended.

Participation and conduct

• Participation in any exercise is voluntary and you may pause or opt out at any time.
• Choose one mild-to-moderate, non-crisis issue that you are comfortable exploring in a group setting.
• Please treat the presenter and other participants with respect. We may remove anyone who disrupts the session.

Educational purpose only

The session is educational. It is not therapy, counselling, medical, psychiatric, crisis or trauma treatment, and it does not create a coach-client or clinical relationship. See the Disclaimer for details.

Paid programmes

A paid next-step training journey may be presented during the webinar. Your free registration does not require you to purchase anything, and any paid enrolment is governed by the terms provided at the point of enrolment.

Intellectual property

All session material, worksheets, guides, slides and recordings remain the property of Mind Village Professional & Management Development Training LLC. You may use them for your own learning. Please do not record, copy, resell or redistribute them without written permission.

Changes and cancellation

We may change the schedule, format or content of a session, or cancel a session, for operational reasons. Where a session is cancelled we will offer the next available session.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on the educational content of the session, or for interruptions caused by third-party platforms or your own internet connection.
